The apartments of Residence La Roggia in San Giovanni di Fassa, near the towns of Canazei and Moena, allow you to have accommodation in an ideal location for skiing on the spectacular Dolomiti Superski slopes and for trekking or hiking in the mountains of Val di Fassa.

Our holiday apartments are situated in Pera di Fassa, a small village 700 meters far from the town of Pozza di Fassa.

The location of Residence La Roggia is really convenient to book an apartment near the skilifts in Val di Fassa for your summer and winter experiences. The nearest ski lifts are located at 450 metres (Vajolet chairlift), 1 km (Buffaure cable car) and 3 km (Catinaccio cable car), while the skilifts of Canazei, Campitello and Moena will only take you 10-15 minutes. 

In winter you will enjoy skiing every day on new slopes, including the famous four-pass tour (the ski area of our village Buffaure is connected to the Sellaronda). If you prefer cross-country skiing, 50 metres from our flats you will find the ring track with breathtaking views of the mountains Cima 11 and Cima 12 and the famous Marcialonga track.

In summer you will appreciate the cycle path and the walk along the Avisio river right in front of the Residence and the panoramic walk "Sora i Pré" just above our house.

The supermarket and bakery are also nearby, only 2 minutes' walk away. The bus stop, ski bus and shuttle bus stop are 50 metres away. The famous QC Terme Dolomiti spa centre is less than 1 km away.
